You’ll explore:

  • nervous system regulation tools

  • breathwork

  • gentle movement

  • embodied lifestyle guidance (sleep, nourishment, rhythm)

  • Toltec witness + dreaming practices

This phase builds the foundation for everything that follows.

PHASE 2 — Listening, Soul Inquiry & Creative Expression (Weeks 5–8)

Hearing the deeper messages beneath the mind.

Through guided inner journeys, intuitive art, reflective writing, and somatic exploration, you begin to uncover:

  • the stories you’ve been carrying

  • the patterns that shape your life

  • the longings beneath your struggles

  • the symbols, images, and inner messages that guide you

  • the parts of you that want to be seen and understood

You may explore how your inner world holds both vulnerability and strength, and how to let those parts work together rather than against each other.

This phase brings insight, courage, and a renewed sense of possibility.

PHASE 3 — Integration, Alignment & Soul-Led Living (Weeks 9–12)

Turning inner knowing into embodied, aligned action.

Integration is where the work becomes your life.
Here you will explore:

  • values clarification

  • relationship and boundary patterns

  • voice embodiment

  • life direction

  • next steps that feel true

  • practices that anchor your inner shifts

  • visioning and future-self alignment

By the end of this phase, you’ll have a felt sense of who you are now —
and what wants to unfold next.
