Caregiver’s especially need Self-Care.
We love to give and help others, but often it’s at the expense of our own self-care. We feel exhausted, run-down and out of steam yet will squeeze more out to help someone feel better. It’s often hard to witness someone else in pain, suffering or at their wit’s end. And so we take on the responsibility.
As a Mom of 6 children, Health and Wellness Coach, Massage Therapist and Yoga Teacher, I have been in service to others for over 40 years . . . That’s a whole lot of giving!
My capacity to maintain my health, wellness and live a balanced life has been my commitment to daily, self-care practices. My routines have evolved over time in response to the many chaotic transitions. Our lives are constantly changing and our ability to adapt and be flexible to what is happening at any given moment is essential for health and wellness.
I offer my support, guidance, wisdom and compassion as a Holistic Wellness Embodiment Coach to help map out your specific self-care goals and needs.
